Dang Coconut Flourless Brownies

Wishing gooey, fudgy brownies would part ways from their associated unhealthy ingredients? We’ve come up with a healthful cheat recipe that will still satisfy your chocolatey cravings!

Ingredients: Dang Toasted Coconut chips (1/2 cup) Oatmeal (1/2 cup) Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1/2 cup) Baking Powder (1/2 teaspoon) Unsweetened Buttermelted (1 cup) Brown Sugar (1 cup) Eggs (3) Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon) Chocolate chips (1 cup) Salt (a pinch)

Ingredients:

Dang Toasted Coconut chips (1/2 cup)

Oatmeal (1/2 cup)

Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1/2 cup)

Baking Powder (1/2 teaspoon)

Unsweetened Buttermelted (1 cup)

Brown Sugar (1 cup)

Eggs (3)

Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon)

Chocolate chips (1 cup)

Salt (a pinch)

Mix together all the wet ingredients in a large mixing bowl (make sure to melt the butter in the microwave). To create the flour substitute, blend together Dang Coconut Chips with Oatmeal in a blender until a fine powder consistency is achieved. Mix the dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Once mixed, pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix well. Find a large tray that is at least 2-3 inches deep. Pour in your batter and bake for 45 minutes at 350˚F.  (Don’t forget to preheat your oven first!)

If you’re feeling creative, decorate your brownies after they’ve cooled down completely. All you’ll need are post its, a pencil, and a pair of scissors. Trace or free-hand a design, and cut it out of the post it. Stick the post it to the top of the brownie, and spread a thin (or thick) layer of Nutella or icing to the surface of the post it, covering the cut-out design. Sprinkle powdered sugar or sprinkles over the iced cut out if desired. Carefully remove the post it from the brownie’s surface to reveal your design!  For a simpler decoration, simply sprinkle leftover Dang Coconut Chips on brownie tops.
